The SIP is probably right around 8 gallons. And I think you're right about the 64 and extended veg time, so I'm throwing the switch at day 21 and let her do whatever she needs to do.

Any suggestions on the power setting? Right now I'm 24" above at 30 percent.... I'm always open to suggestions.

Definitely moving forward with the grow. If it works I should be able to fit both the SIPs under one light and get away from the bottom of the plant being popcorn. We'll see what it looks like in 21 days from the chop job, I'll definitely make sure to show the grow.. If it doesn't work,,, well...

I was using the complete tent and everything else but had too much trouble with the heat and humidity, always fighting with it..
