- A person is completely capable of going to a store buying a product and going home to use it. There is no disagreement about that, it happens every day millions of times.- A person is also completely capable of growing a plant at home inside or out. Again no disagreement, it's happening daily.
- A person can consume an intoxicating substance and not commit crimes, bother anyone, etc. all within the confines of a home, theirs or a friends. Again it happens daily, it's not disputable.
- A person who does all of that with marijuana is subject to 17 years in prison and 3/4 of a million in fines.
- Keep in mind, they have not damaged any property, they've injured no one, and stolen nothing.
- Until you can rationally explain how that should be a law under the U.S. Constitution, all other arguments against marijuana legalization are moot.
