Ok great! So what are they and how do I get rid of them?

I went to check on my plants that are 5 days old and I find a couple of these things in the pots. Anyone know what they are and how I can get rid of them?

So just starting out on my grow. 4x4 with 4 plants in 5 gallon pots. What wattage and distance from the plant should the CMH be? I have 3 auto’s and 1 feminized that just got planted after germination.

Are either of you using CMH 315w? I’m trying to figure out the best distance from plant and wattage I should be using.

The guy I got the equipment from suggested something similar. He said possibly go to 24 hour cycle to accelerate the flowering stage and then go to 12/12 for the budding. Thoughts?

Thanks for the response. Fox Farm was another product that also came up a lot. I'm gonna start germinating the seeds tomorrow and go to local shop for some info. Any guides or threads you recommend to follow for my first time?
