Those are pollen sacks, males do not produce seeds. Stick that guy next to a female if u want some seeds, or you can burst the sacks yourself into a shot glass and use a paint brush to spread the pollen onto the female.

they're a bunch of douchebags. I got pulled over one time and the cops reason was that he thought one of my tail lights was out. the fucked up thing was he had to flip a bitch to get behind me :hmmmm: WTF?
