First time indoor growing and noticed my plants leaves are starting to droop and he some yellow spots on the leaves. The plant is going on 20 days already. Any suggestions, tips or ideas on bringing plant back to a healthy state??

First time growing on an indoor grow room. Plants are in day 20 of the vegetative stage and plant/leaves are starting to get droopy and small yellow spots on leaves.

Update on my plant. Do y'all think it's still growing? Is it getting too much sun outside? I noticed some of the white hairs have now turned to a darkish red

Day temps are in the upper 80's and nights around the 70's.

I'll definitely be watching closely for aphids, but luckily they haven't been infested by any insects. Thanks for the tips I'll def be looking into the LED light.

I will give that a try and bring them in and give light till big enough to bring back outside. Thanks for the feedback
