Your temps would be fine if your RH was higher. There's a certain area the plants like to be in regards to RH and Temps. The carbon filter restricts the cfm on the fan and for a 4x4x80 I would recommend a 6" exhaust fan over 2 x 4". The 4" exhaust is fine for smaller tents but you want a minimum 6" exhaust fan hooked up and venting out the top of the tent. You could get rid of the 4" intake and just use the vents to bring air in. You want a negative pressure in the tent.
What's the pull from the wall on your lights. 1200W each I may take a guess at 600w. Can you just use one light for now which will drop your heat down a lot. Are you in veg or flower?

One 4” intake fan at the bottom and a 4” exhaust fan with carbon filter on the top. I don’t have the money to put in an ac unit and my man wouldn’t let me anyway because of electricity usage. I’m going to try and see if an extra 4” exhaust fan going out the top will help when I get paid. The highest the temp has gotten is 86*F but it averages around 80-83 * F during the day and mid to low 70’s at night.RH has been averaging low to mid 40’s Thanks again for all the help!
