Medical marijuana users are celebrating a victory, after a BC Supreme Court judge in Victoria ruled they don't just have to settle for dried pot; they can bake it into brownies or drink it in tea.
The decision strikes down part of Canada's medical marijuana law, which has only allowed patients to smoke marijuana in dried form.
It's an important ruling, and it comes after a constitutional challenge by a Victoria man. He has won this fight, but is still facing drug charges.
