Good morning my friend, hope everything is going well.
Generally I remove anything that will not get any light and just waste energy.
I don't see anything else there I would personally remove.
So I think you got it right.
I prefer bushy thick girls so I don't remove a lot from mine.
If you have a big healthy root ball and a good light you don't need to defol as much IMO.
See your solo cups, if you put a clear cup inside first you can slide it out and check the roots.
Little things help.
At the beginning of my Heavens Shores thread it shows that plus a bunch of good tips.
