are the browning leaves possibly from nutrient lockout? The plant is 6-7 weeks old and have been following the foxfarm schedule of nutes and maintaining a PH of 6.3-6.5

any good blooming nutrient would work. Buds can seem smallish until near the end when they can almost double in size in the last 2 weeks. Be patient.
This plant is looking good. Is this photo from before the pistils started to 'burn'?
It might help if you were able to start a thread for your plant and give us some of the basic info so we can keep the two threads separated between @dba1954's and yours.

With cannabis patience is definitely a virtue. Those buds should end up alright. Some strains just get bigger than others. Yours sounds like it's completely rejuvenating so might just wait and see. Fox Farm has good fertilizer for buds.
